OUT 27124. PHCs ONLY 446 HAVE BEEN CATEGORISED FOR PPP- PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP . Does it mean any thing ???. What is the criteria for selection of 446 PHCs , the private people may be the RELATIVES OF THE BABUS THE BUREAUCRATES OR ASSOCIATES POOF LOCAL POLITICIANS OR THEY MIGHT HAVE PAID BRIBE. AND MORE THINK TO BE LIKELY HARDLY ANY BODY SHOWEN INTEREST TO BE A PART OF AN INEFFICIENT , UNNECESSARY INTERFERING GOVT SERVENTS ( WHO ACT LIKE THE BOSSES, COMMONDING AND DEMONING BRIBES ).
