She was one of the first few eye surgeons in Delhi to perform Excimer & Lasik surgery and has performed about 20 thousand Lasik surgeries, besides training other doctors for it. She has also performed about 2000 Cornea transplants and more than 20 thousand Cataract surgeries. She was also a senior consultant at Max Hospital, Panchsheel, and Saket.
