Gurugram: Adding more worry to the Fortis Memorial Research Centre, Gurugram, as well as the doctors associated with the hospital, the Health department has now lodged an FIR with the police, with the police registering a case against the hospital and the doctors under the section 304(2) (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of Indian Penal Code (IPC).

“We received a 49-page complaint against the hospital by the health department. A case has been registered,” inspector Gaurav Phoghat, station house officer, Sushant Lok police station told Hindustan Times.
