The updated NEET PG seat matrix has been released by the Gujarat Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Courses (ACPPGMEC) on its official website.
The highest number of new PG medical seats has been granted in Karnataka, where NMC has approved 422 additional PG medical seats. More than 200 new PG seats have been granted in two states- Gujarat (247) and Uttar Pradesh (233).
As per the updated NEET PG seat matrix, 13 new PG seats have been granted in Andaman Nicobar Islands, 119 seats in Andhra Pradesh, 22 seats added to Arunachal Pradesh, 28 seats to Assam, 47 seats to Bihar, 61 seats to Chhattisgarh, 18 seats to Dadra and Nagar Haveli and 43 seats have been added to Delhi.
Apart from these, 11 seats have been added to Haryana, 32 seats to Himachal Pradesh, 118 seats to Jammu & Kashmir, 16 seats to Jharkhand, 81 seats to Kerala, 115 seats to Madhya Pradesh, and 183 seats to Maharashtra.
Further, NMC has granted 2 new PG medical seats in Manipur, 10 seats in Mizoram, 62 seats in Orissa, 16 seats in Pondicherry, 55 seats in Punjab, 112 seats in Rajasthan, 73 seats in Tamil Nadu, 102 seats in Telangana, 4 seats in Tripura, 58 seats in Uttarakhand, and 34 seats in West Bengal.

Meanwhile, after more than 2 months of the NEET PG 2025 examination, the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) recently initiated the registration for the All India Quota (AIQ) counselling. However, the Committee has not yet finalised the complete schedule for all four rounds of NEET PG 2025 counselling.
