Noida: Medical establishments should not release photograph or information of a person being treated for mental illness without consent, a District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) official said.
People suffering from mental illness are entitled to receive legal services free of cost, and health care under the Mental Healthcare Act, which protects their right to live with dignity, DLSA secretary Neelu Mainwal said at a meeting with students here.
