New Delhi: The Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), New Delhi has released 74 Vacancies for Non- PG Junior Resident post on Regular Basis. The Selection will be done based on Written Test.

LHMC, which is one of India's oldest and established medical colleges, is undergoing a major infrastructural change under the Comprehensive Redevelopment Project to meet the modern-day health needs of the patients and the educational needs of the students studying here. This Medical and Nursing College was the first Medical College to be built in Delhi soon after it became the capital on being shifted from Calcutta in 1912.

Vacancy Details:

Total no of vacancies: 74

The vacancies are in the Department of- Accident & Emergency, Anaesthesia, Blood Bank, General Medicine, Neurology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, General Surgery, Neontology, Paediatrics Casualty, Paediatrics Medicine, Paediatrics Nephrology, Paediatrics Surgery, and Physical Medicine Rehabilitation.

Mode of Selection-

1. The selection of MBBS Non-PG Junior Residents will be made through MCQ type written test followed by Counselling and for BDS Non-PG Junior Resident, only MCQ type written test base.

2. The Question paper has 60 MCQ with four responses (each question will be of 4 marks & I mark will be deducted for the wrong answer).

3. The tenure of Non-PG Junior Resident is for one year including any service rendered as Non-PG Junior Resident earlier on ad-hoc/regular basis in any Institution (Initial appointment on selection will for 6 months extendable to another 6 months on recommendation of concerned Head of Department).

4. Candidate must bring the following original certificates with photocopies of self-attested at the time of Registration for verification, failing which candidates shall NOT be permitted for Registration.

a. Certificate in support of age (10th Certificate).

b. Certificate in support of educational qualification.

c. Experience Certificate, if any.

d. Registration Certificates of Delhi Medical Council/Delhi Dental Council.

e. Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS Part Ist, 2nd, & final year and MBBS/ BDS degree.

f. Internship completion certificate.

g. Community/Caste/Disabilities Certificate where applicable

h. Proof of prize/medal/ publications/conference attended/extracurricular activities etc.

i. Identity proof VIZ. Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Voter ID Card/ Driving license/ Passport.
