While there are benefits to salt consumption for our health, there are drawbacks too.

With this idea, many people shift to salt substitutes having low sodium. These may include Rock Salt and Sendha Namak to name a few. But do we know that many of these substitutes have high potassium content which may be harmful in its own way?
