NEET Counselling 2023 For MBBS, BDS admissions: Check out complete MCC seat matrix here

New Delhi: For the ongoing NEET counselling 2023, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the complete seat matrix of MBBS and BDS seats available for eligible candidates this year.

The seat matrixes have been released for the All India Quota (AIQ) counselling, central university quota, seats at deemed universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC Scheme.

According to these seat matrixes published on the MCC's official website, 7,624 MBBS seats are available under AIQ, 1,015 under the central university quota and 9,887 at deemed institutes.

Violence at Gangaram Hospital: Patient attempts to kill senior neurosurgeon, attacks with knife

New Delhi: In yet another incident of violence against doctors, a senior neurosurgeon at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in central Delhi New Rajinder Nagar was attacked with a sharp knife by an angry patient, who allegedly slipped into depression after being treated by the doctor for spinal cord tumour.

Legal action was initiated against the patient, who attempted to kill the surgeon, under the Prevention of Violence against Doctors and The Medical Professionals and Medical Institution Bill, 2018.

Rabies-infected girl bites 40 people before dying in UP village

two-and-a-half-year-old girl who had rabies, bit around 40 people before she died. The girl was bitten by a stray dog about a fortnight ago. According to villagers after biting the girl, the dog died.
