In a shocking case of alleged medical negligence, a 19-year-old woman is reportedly battling for her life after surgical gloves and paper wipes were allegedly left inside her abdomen following a C-section at a government hospital in Maharashtra's Beed district.
According to the news reports, the woman underwent the caesarean delivery on August 1 and was discharged four days later. However, she later developed excruciating abdominal pain, prompting her family to rush her to a private hospital.
