Department of Pharmaceuticals invites applications under PLI scheme to produce Vitamin B1

Promoting the Domestic Manufacturing of Critical Key Starting Materials (KSMs), Drug Intermediates and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) in the Country, the Department of Pharmaceuticals (DoP) has invited application for the eligible product Vitamin B1, through the chemical synthesis route under Production of Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme.
This came in response to the decision made at the Empowered Committee (EC) meeting on June 3, 2012, to seek applications for the eligible product Vitamin B1 made by the chemical synthesis process.
