HC Rejects NEET 2025 Candidate's Re-Examination Plea Citing Mismanagement

The Patna High Court has refused to entertain a plea that sought re-examination of the National Eligibility Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 at an exam cenntre alleging mismanagement and delay in the distribution of question papers and answer sheets to the candidates.
While considering the plea filed by a NEET UG candidate in this regard, the HC Single Judge bench of Patna High Court, comprising Justice Harish Kumar, dismissed the plea.
