Return Salary, Allowance on quitting job: Chattisgarh Govt tells doctors

Introducing a new set of rules for the newly appointed doctors, Chhattisgarh Health Department has made it clear that the doctors will have to return back the salary and allowances in case they leave their job midway or they are terminated from service before the three-year probation period is over.

Not only this, the Government rules further state that during the first year of probation, the doctors will only receive only 70 per cent of their salary, and this will be increased to 80 per cent in the second year and 90 per cent in the third year.
