In a recent alleged medical admission fraud, agents reportedly offered government MBBS seats for up to Rs 18 lakh, claiming that a candidate's NEET rank would not matter for securing admission to government medical colleges in West Bengal, Rajasthan and other states.
An investigation by Dainik Bhaskar found that admission agents were allegedly offering to arrange fake domicile documents and NRI sponsorships for candidates seeking government medical seats.
