Dr Shiv Kumar Shines Light on NAMS Triumphs during 64th Annual Day Celebration

National Academy of Medical Sciences (India) is a unique institution which fosters and utilizes academic excellence as its resource to meet medical and social goals. It was registered as the 'Indian Academy of Medical Sciences' on 21st April, 1961 under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 and this year the National Academy of Medical Sciences proudly observed its 64th Annual Day on 21st April 2024.

On this occasion, the Medical Dialogues team interacted with Dr Shiv Kumar Sarin, an eminent hepatologist, Director, ILBS and President, National Academy of Medical Sciences. Dr Sarin highlighted the various achievements of NAMS in the last 64 years. He shared his views on the journey of NAMS and the contribution of MoHFW and NAMS towards the medical fraternity or India.
