12 NIMS Hyderabad Doctors bag Top Ranks in NEET SS 2024
Hyderabad- Achieving a milestone, young doctors from Hyderabad's Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) have secured 12 ranks in the National Eligibility and Entrance Test Super Speciality (NEET SS) 2024, which was released a few days ago. The institute has produced the first rank holder at the national level for the second consecutive year.
According to Telangana Today, Dr Zakir Husain from the General Medicine department led the achievements this year by securing All India Rank 1. In total, twelve doctors from NIMS secured top ranks, ensuring their entry into prestigious super-speciality programmes across India.
Among these, the top NEET SS scorers are Dr Bhanuchand (Rank 9), Dr Rohith (14), Dr U Soumya (21), Dr Syed Khalilullah (43), Dr Krishna Kishore Somani (50), Dr V Sai Spurthi (58), Dr Dheeraj Anirudh (67), Dr Amatul Rahim Suryam (361), Dr P S N Rajitha (420), and Dr A V S Srilekhya (456), adds the daily
On this achievement, Director Dr Nagari Bhirappa, Dean Dr Lisa Rajasekhar, Head of General Medicine Department Prof. Subbalakshmi, senior physician Prof. Naval Chandra, Prof. Ram Murthy and others congratulated the doctors.
