ACPPGMEC Invites Applications For Admission to CPS Diploma Courses, Check out schedule, registration details

Gujarat: Admission Committee for Professional Post-Graduate Medical Education Courses (ACPPGMEC) has invited applications for admission in CPS Diploma Courses in government district hospitals and self-financed and private hospitals for the academic year 2021-22.

Candidates qualified in NEET-PG-2021 and eligible as per Gujarat State's admission rules can apply.

Counselling Schedule –

1. Online PIN purchase for Online Registration – 21st May 2022, 10.30 am – 26th May 2022, 12.30 pm

2. Online Registration - 21st May 2022, 10.30 am – 26th May 2022, 5:00 pm

3. Document Verification & Submission of photocopies of Documents at Help Center - 21st May 2022, 10.30 am – 27th May 2022, 3:30 pm

Candidates can do online registration and purchase the pin at www.medadmgujarat.org. They will have to pay Rs 2000 for registration which is non-refundable.

For online form registration, the candidates click "CPS Diploma" under "Post Graduate Admission." Click "Log-in for CPS Diploma Admission" button. Click on "Purchase PIN" to purchase an online PIN. Click on "Candidate Registration/Login" to start the registration process. To register as a new candidate, click the "Click here for New Registration" button, and by doing so, a new registration window will be displayed on the computer screen.

The candidates need to enter the following details

1. Serial number of PIN

2. 14-digit PIN

3. Email address

4. Mobile no

5. Roll no. (NEET Roll No.)

6. Captcha Image

Then the details entered need to be verified, and if every detail entered is correct, click Submit button. Then, the online registration form window will be displayed on the computer screen.

The candidate has to fill up personal details in the format as displayed in the online registration form. The candidate's 'serial number of PIN' will appear as Login/User ID. The password has to be entered by the candidates. The password should consist of at least 6 and a maximum of 12 alphanumeric characters. Re-enter the same password at the space marked as confirm password. Then, the candidate has to use the same Login ID, PIN, and password for future login only.

On losing the PIN, the candidates will have to visit a nearby help center to regenerate the PIN again by paying Rs. 500. Till the admission process is over, they should save the PIN.

The candidates need to choose the I agree option at the bottom of the form if the entries made are correct. If they select the I agree option; they will be allowed to click the submit button. In case any mandatory information is not filled, then registration will not be completed. In such a case, the incomplete fields will be highlighted by '*' with red color or displayed a message. Then they will have to provide the incomplete information and click the Submit button. OTP will be generated and will be sent to the registered mobile. Click on save changes.

Registration details will be generated after that. If any corrections are required, click the Edit/Confirm Application button. The online registration form will appear with already filled details, which the candidate can edit; the candidate has to verify the details entered. If every detail is found correct, click the Confirm Registration Details button. No changes to registration details will be allowed after this.

The candidate will be able to take a print the registration details after clicking Re-Print Registration Slip or after clicking Registration Details under the registration details button. The candidate can click the Print Your Details button to print the Registration Details page.

Candidates have to take prior appointments for the document verification and submission of photocopies of documents at the help center. They can select the date, time, and help center of their choice at the time of printing the registration slip. Help centers will be closed on Sundays and government holidays. For any guidance about registration or further admission process, they need to visit the help center.

The following documents are to be carried at the help center –

1. Printout of the Registration Details (two copies).

2. Self-attested copies of all relevant documents (as per the list mentioned at the bottom of the registration details) should be attached with the registration details. Both candidates and the parent/guardian of the candidates have to sign the Registration Details at the space provided compulsorily.

3. In the case of candidates of SC/SEBC/ST/EWS/PwD category, the candidates have to submit 02 copies of caste certificate, Non-creamy layer certificate, and school leaving certificate/transfer certificate each.

The officer at the help center will verify the registration details and self-attested photocopies of relevant documents with originals. The officer will retain the registration slip and set of self-attested documents and issue the registration slip with signature and seal to the candidates. All candidates must verify all original documents at the help center and obtain a registration slip, without which the candidates shall not be eligible for further admission process.

All candidates, who are applying for the PwD quota, have to appear for the examination for disability to the medical board of ACPUGMEC. Only a disability certificate issued from a medical board of ACPUGMEC will be considered. No other PwD certificate issued by any other authorities/hospital will be entertained.

The list of help centers and government and private institutes with seats has also been released.
