AIIMS Nagpur issues notice on spot round for MD, MS Candidates, releases Instructions for reporting

Nagpur: Through a recent notice, the AIIMS Nagpur has released the Instructions for reporting of Postgraduates (MD/MS) Candidates  (January 2023 session) For Spot Round.

2. All candidates who would be allocated a seat in spot round are required to join allocated seat by 4.00 PM on 28.02.2023.

3. Candidates should submit the Google form of registration by 5.00 PM 27.02.2023 on website www.aiimsnagpur.edu.in

4. Original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies to be submitted while reporting are as follows:

I. Offer letter

II. Seat Allocation Slip

III. Final Registration slip

IV. Admit card issued by AIIMS

V. Mark sheets of MBBS 1st ,2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations.

VI. MBBS Degree certificate

VII. Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institute or college that the candidate will be completing the internship on or before 31st January 2023.

VIII. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council.

IX. High School/ Higher Secondary Certificate/ Birth Certificate for proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)

X. The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:

a) SC/ ST Certificate issued by the competent authority.

b) OBC/EWS Original Certificate issued by the competent authority and that have been issued within the dates as prescribed, should be in English or Hindi language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. The OBC/EWS certificate must be valid for admission in Central Govt. Institution. The validity of OBC/EWS Certified shall be as follows: - (a) Issuing date of OBC (NCL) certificate should be within 12.10.2021 to 13.11.2022 (both dates inclusive). (b) EWS certificate must be valid for financial year 2022-2023 and issued between 01.04.2022 to 13.11.2022 (both date inclusive) based on income of year 2021¬2022.

c) Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.

5. Schedule of Spot Round of seat allocation at AIIMS Nagpur.

Announcement of Seat allocation of Spot Round 28.02.2023 (Tuesday) 01.00 PM
Physical Acceptance of allocated seat From : 28.02.2023 (Tuesday) 01.00 PM to 02.00 PM
Joining of Course From: 28.02.2023 (Tuesday) before 04.00 PM

6. The selected candidate will have to undergo medical examination on 01.03.23 at AIIMS Nagpur

7. The selected candidate will have to pay DD of Rs. 3027/- in the name of "Director AIIMS Nagpur" as fees.
