New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the results for Open Round of Online Seat Allocation (AIIMS Subject/Specialty) for MD/MS/MCh(6 years)/DM(6 years)/MDS, July 2020 Session

The Open Round of seat allocation for AIIMS PG courses in MD/MS/MCh(6 years)/DM(6 years)/MDS, July 2020 session, has been done on the basis of choices made (from 11.00 am, 11.08.2020 to 5.00 pm, 17.08.2020) by eligible candidates.

Important information:

1. This list includes only those candidates who were eligible for online Seat Allocation for Open Round of Seat Allocation as per Information Brochure for open round of Seat allocation and Important Notice No. 116/2020 and have been allocated seat as per merit, choices made and availability of seat.
2. For the Open Round of Online Seat Allocation, the order of seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) Allocation was based on original merit list without any institutional preference.

Procedure to be followed by candidates who have been allotted seat (AIIMS and subject/specialty) in the open round of seat allocation.

All candidates who have been allotted a Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) in the Open Round of Online Seat Allocation are required to report to allotted AIIMS by Tuesday, the 25th August 2020 up to 5.00 p.m. Contact Detail of Nodal Officer of respective AIIMS is given at the end of this notification.
IMPORTANT
After Open Round of Seat Allocation, no further round of seat allocation exercise will be conducted by AIIMS New Delhi for July 2020 Session. Respective AIIMS may conduct on the spot round of admission process as per rules.
The claim to allotted Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) by candidates is subject to mandatory reporting & joining at respective AIIMS by 25th August 2020 upto 5:00 pm and verification of the documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidature. If a candidate fails to submit required certificates as required, his/her candidature will be cancelled, the Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) will be vacated.
Failure to report and join by above mentioned date will lead to forfeiture of Rs.3 Lakh deposited. In case original documents has been deposited, same will be released only after deposit of Rs.3.00 Lakh.
List of Documents/Certificates that are required to be deposited in Original as per instruction of respective AIIMS: -
i) Final Registration Slip
ii) Admit Card issued by AIIMS.
iii) Proof of Deposit of Original Document OR DD/RTGS/NEFT of Rs 3.0 Lakh.
iv) Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations.
v) MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate.
vi) Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate will be completing the internship by 31st July 2020.
vii) Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council.
viii) High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)
ix) The Candidate should also bring the following certificate if applicable*:
a. SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate* issued by the competent authority and should be in English or Hindi in language. The community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. OBC/EWS certificate should be same as provided to Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi within in due dates.
Note: OBC Certificate* should be issued by the competent authority for central Govt. jobs/for admission in Central Govt. College/Institute. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. OBC Certificates that are applicable only for respective State Governments shall not be acceptable. OBC certificate must be in the Central Govt. Format as prescribed in the prospectus. OBC Candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer.
* The allocated seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) of candidates who fail to produce valid certificates of respective constitutional categories (OBC, SC/ST/EWS) will be forfeited and the candidates will be permitted to participate in further rounds under UR category subject to conditions applicable to UR merit list.
* The validity of OBC (NCL)/EWS certificate shall be 05.04.2019 to 11.06.2020 (both date inclusive). Certificate issued within this period shall be accepted only.
b. Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability** issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.
Note: Candidates must note that a certificate from any other person/authority will not be accepted and no further correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The name, designation and the seal of the officer should be legible in the certificate.
** The allocated seat of candidates who fail to produce a valid certificate of PWBD category will be forfeited and the candidates will be permitted to participate in the further round under their respective constitutional category subject to conditions applicable to the respective merit list.
