New Delhi: The All India institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the results of 3rd Round of Online Seat Allocation (AIIMS Subject/Specialty) for MD/MS/MCh(6 years)/DM(6 years)/MDS, July 2020 Session.

The 3rd Round of seat allocation for AIIMS PG courses in MD/MS/MCh(6 years)/DM(6 years)/MDS, July 2020 Session, has been done on the basis of choices made (from 11.00 am, 25.07.2020 to 5.00 pm, 27.07.2020) by eligible candidates.

Important information
1. This list includes all candidates who were eligible for 3rd Round of counselling irrespective of their status of participation in the process of seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) allocation for the 3rd Round of Counselling.
2. This list does not include:
• All those candidates who did not participate in 1st&2ndRound of Online Seat Allocation.
• All those candidates who were allotted seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) in the 2ndRound of Online Seat Allocation but did not choose any Option online (No Action Taken) by 21st July2020, 5.00 pm.
• All those candidates who were allotted seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty)in the 2ndRound of Online Seat Allocation and chose option 1 or 2 but did not complete the necessary formalities mentioned in the result of the 2nd Round of Online Seat Allocation by
22nd July 2020, 5.00 pm
.
3. For the 3rd Round of Online Seat Allocation, the order of seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) Allocation was based on merit order used for the 2nd Round (including institutional preference seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty).
4. In case a candidate who had chosen Option 2 after the 2nd Round of Online Seat Allocation gets a better choice of seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty), the released seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) is offered to the next (remaining) eligible candidates as per merit order used for the 2ndRound of Online Seat Allocation).
5. For the online Open Round of seat allocation, the order of Seat Allocation will be based on the original merit list, without any institutional preference.
6. The online Seat Allocation for the 3rd Round was done on the Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) left vacant after the 2ndRound of Online Seat Allocation.
7. The Date and details of the online Open Round of Seat Allocation will be announced later. Candidates are advised to visit www.aiimsexams.org regularly.

Procedure to be followed by candidates who have been allotted seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) in the 3rd Round of online seat allocation.


All candidates who have been allotted a Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) in the 3rdRound of Online Seat Allocation are required to visit the website and actively exercise the following options by Wednesday, the 5th August 2020 upto 5:00 p.m. and report to allotted AIIMS by Thursday, the 6th August 2020 up to 5.00 p.m. with the original documents/Demand Draft as described below.

Option A. ACCEPT allotted Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) Failure to accept the allotted seat will lead to forfeiture of the allotted Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty). Kindly read the details carefully.

Instruction for each option is as follows:
Option A: If the Option of ACCEPT allotted Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) is selected, then
• The candidate will have to go to the allotted AIIMS before
5.00 p.m. on Thursday, the 6th August, 2020with the Offer Letter
(downloaded from the MyPage after login at www.aiimsexams.org) and report to the allotted Institute for depositing original documents OR a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs only (Rupees Three Lakhs only) in the name of Director, AIIMS, New Delhi along with photocopies of certificates. The DD will be refunded when original certificates are deposited.
• If Demand Draft is deposited instead of Original Documents at the time of joining, then the Original Documents should be submitted within 5 days of taking admission, otherwise admission will be cancelled and the deposited the money will be forfeited.
• The candidates whose allocated Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round is at the same AIIMS where they have deposited Documents/Demand Draft after the 2nd Round of Counselling must also follow the above procedure.
• The candidates whose allocated Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) in the 3rd Round is at the different AIIMS where they deposited Documents/Demand Draft after the 2ndRound of Online Seat Allocation must go to the AIIMS allocated in the 3rd Round. Their Documents/Demand Draft will be transferred internally.
• Please note that a candidate who ACCEPT the allotted Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) (Option A) in the 3rdRound and but DO NOT report to the Allotted AIIMS by
5.00 PM on Thursday, the 6th August 2020
to complete the necessary formalities, then the following shall apply
1. In case a Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) had not been allotted in the 2ndRound of Online Seat Allocation, the Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) allotted in the 3rdRound shall be vacated without any further communication. Such candidates shall be eligible for Open Round only.
2. In case a Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) had been allotted in the 2ndRound of Online Seat Allocation and the candidate had accepted the Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) and wished to participate in the 3rdRound (Option 2), and have already submitted a Demand Draft for Rs 3 lakhs only, the deposited amount shall be forfeited and Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) allocated shall be vacated. Such candidates shall be eligible for Open Round.
3. In case a Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) had been allotted in the 2ndRound of Online Seat Allocation and the candidate had accepted the Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) and wished to participate in the 3rdRound (Option 2), and have already submitted original documents than their can be collected after payment of Rs 3 lakhs only through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, AIIMS, New Delhi where the certificates were deposited. The Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) shall be vacated. Such candidates shall be eligible for Open Round.

IMPORTANT
Those Candidate who have been allocated a Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) in the 3rd round of Online Seat Allocation but DO NOT actively choose Option: A i.e. accept the offer by the 5th August 2020 upto 5:00 p.m. and those complete the necessary formalities by 5.00 p.m. Monday, the 6th August 2020 such candidates shall be deemed to have declined/refused the offer. The Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) shall be declared as vacant for online Open Round of Seat Allocation


Policy regarding the depositing of documents/certificates/DD


The claim to allotted Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) by candidates is subject to verification of the documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidature. If a candidate fails to submit required certificates (original or photocopies with DD) his/her candidature will be cancelled, the Seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) will be vacated.

An Additional method of payment through electronic fund transfer


Candidates who have chosen Option: A and wish to make online payments instead of depositing Demand Draft, the the following procedure is to be followed:
a. Instead of Demand Draft, the candidates can deposit the amount of Rs.3 lakh through electronic fund transfer in the Account given below:

b. The details of the Transaction with the Transaction ID, Amount and Date of electronic fund transfer should be sent to the designated email ID of the Nodal Officer of allocated AIIMS (details on Page No. 37) with a copy (CC) to aiims.pgcounselling@gmail.com.
The self-attested scanned copies of the required certificates as per the result notification No.72/2020 dated 30.07.2020 should also be attached.
c. This is an additional method for confirming your acceptance of the allocated seat (AIIMS-subject/specialty).
d. No need to personally visit at respective AIIMS for depositing the documents for those candidates who have paid Rs.3 lakh through electronic fund transfer in lieu of the original certificate. For payment made through Electronic Fund Transfer request will be processed by the Nodal Officer of AIIMS, New Delhi). However all candidates chosen Option: A by the due date and deposited Rs 3 lakh through online mode must submit an original certificate in person to any/respective AIIMS within 5 days, failing which the allocation will cancelled and seat will be released for an open round of seat allocation.
List of Documents/Certificates that are required to be deposited in Original OR duly Attested/Self Attested photocopy (after due verification of originals) along with Demand Draft as applicable.
i) Offer Letter
ii) Seat allocation letter
iii) Final Registration Slip
iv) Admit Card issued by AIIMS.
v) Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations.
vi) MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate.
vii) Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate will be completing the internship by 31st July 2020.
viii) Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council.
ix) High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)
x) The Candidate should also bring the following certificate if applicable*:
a. SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate* issued by the competent authority and should be in English or Hindi in language. The community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. OBC/EWS certificate should be same as provided to Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi within in due dates.
Note: OBC Certificate* should be issued by the competent authority for central Govt. jobs/for admission in Central Govt. College/Institute. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. OBC Certificates that are applicable only for respective State Governments shall not be acceptable. OBC certificate must be in the
Central Govt. Format
as prescribed in the prospectus. OBC Candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer.
* The allocated seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) of candidates who fail to produce valid certificates of respective constitutional categories (OBC, SC/ST/EWS) will be forfeited and the candidates will be permitted to participate in further rounds under UR category subject to conditions applicable to UR merit list.
* The validity of OBC (NCL)/EWS certificate shall be 05.04.2019 to 11.06.2020 (both date inclusive). Certificate issued within this period shall be accepted only.
b. Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability** issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.
Note: Candidates must note that a certificate from any other person/authority will not be accepted and no further correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The name, designation and the seal of the officer should be legible in the certificate.
** The allocated seat of candidates who fail to produce a valid certificate of PWBD category will be forfeited and the candidates will be permitted to participate in the further round under their respective constitutional category subject to conditions applicable to the respective merit list.
