AACCC notifies on 3rd, Mop-Up, Final Stray Vacancy Rounds PG AYUSH counselling, Details
New Delhi : Through a recent notice, the AACCC has informed about the conduction of 3rd/Mop-Up Round and Final Stray Vacancy Round of AACCC-PG AYUSH counselling.
ALl the concerned Candidates who wish to participate in the 3rd/Mop-Up Round and Final Stray Vacancy Round of AACCC-PG AYUSH counselling are here informed that after 2nd Round of AACCC-PG Counselling, the vacant seats (non reporting/withdrawn) of Govt./Govt. Aided /CU/NI will be converted as per th algorithm mentioned in AACCC-PG counselling scheme & FAQ's, only if the reserved seat is not opted by any candidate/non-availability of candidate of that particular category. Further, those converted seats and newly added seats will be allotted to candidates in order of their merit & preference in the 3rd/Mop-Up Round.
Furthermore, unreserved category candidates cannot claim the reserved seats shown to them as a virtual vacancy, if the same seat is opted by the candidate of that particular category.
➢ If a candidate allotted a seat in Round-3, he/she must join the allotted seat, otherwise the security money will be forfeited and candidate will become ineligible for any further Counseling.(Central/ State/UT's)
➢ The AACCC, M/o Ayush will not provide any provision for seat surrender/withdrawal if a candidate allotted a seat in Round-3/Mop-Up Round.
➢ The list of ineligible candidates will be forwarded to all State/UT's Counseling Authorities after 3rd/Mop-Up Round for prohibiting them to participate in any further counseling.
Final Stray Vacancy Round
The vacant seats (non-reporting/withdrawn) of Govt./Govt. Aided /CU/NI which were earlier reverted back to respective States after completion of 3rd /Mopup Round of AACCC-PG counseling will continue to be filled in the Final Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the AACCC, M/o Ayush, through online mode. For Deemed Universities, the Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the respective Deemed University, on its own.
➢ There will be no Fresh Registration and no fresh choice filling in Final Stray Vacancy Round.
➢ The choices filled during 3rd/Mop-Up round will be considered for allotment in Final Stray Vacancy Round and seats will be allotted as per choices submitted during 3rd/Mop-up round. Therefore, candidates are advised to do choice filling carefully during 3rd/Mop-up Round.
➢ The AACCC, M/o Ayush will not provide any provision for seat surrender/withdrawal if a candidate allotted a seat in Final Stray Vacancy Round.Further, if a candidate allotted a seat in Final Stray Vacancy Round, he/she must join the allotted seat, otherwise the security money will be forfeited and candidate will become ineligible for any further Counseling.(Central/ State/UT's)
➢ The list of ineligible candidates will be forwarded to all State/UT's Counseling Authorities after Final Stray Vacancy Round for prohibiting them to participate in any further counseling.
Meanwhile, the AACCC has issued another notice for Candidates who are eligible for Delhi University Quota (DUQ).
The AACCC, M/o Ayush has decided to revert back the seats under Delhi University Quota (DUQ) to Delhi University, which remain vacant after Round-2 of the AACCC-PG counseling. Therefore, all the eligible candidates for Delhi University Quota (DUQ) are advised to contact the Delhi University for further counseling of PG seats under DUQ that remain vacant after Round-2 of AACCC-PG counseling, said the notice
