AYUSH Admissions: Maha CET Cell Announces Counselling Schedule, Seat Matrix for Mop-Up 6, Institutional Level Rounds
Maharashtra: AYUSH UG counselling dates for Mop-Up round 6 and institutional level round 3 have been released by Maha CET Cell.
Schedule of Mop-Up round 6 (For Govt./Govt. Aided/Corporation Colleges) –
Physical joining and filling status retention form to the selected College – till 17th May 2022, up to 3 pm.
All selected candidates must submit all original requisite documents and fees in the form of DD/Cheque to the respective allotted institute. If the candidates cannot submit DD due to Bank Holiday, they may pay the fees by Cheque and replace the same on the next bank working day.
Any candidate if shifted during Mop-Up round 6 from Private/Minority AYUSH & Allied College to Govt./ Govt. Aided/ Corporation AYUSH & Allied College due to betterment or any reason by order of competent authority, such candidate should be immediately relived without any penalty.
Schedule for an institutional level round 3 only for Private Unaided/Minority Colleges –
The eligible desirous candidate must apply in person/any person to the respective college in prescribed format for state quota - 14th May 2022 to 17th May 2022 up to 5.00 pm
Publication of general merit list, quota/category wise 1st selection list and category wise waitlist separately at the notice board and the website of respective colleges – 17th May 2022 up to 06.00 pm
Physical joining period of selected candidates as per 1st selection list dated 17th May 2022 with all original documents and requisite fees – 18th May 2022 up to 5.00 pm
Publication of list of admitted candidates and vacancy (if any) after 1st selection list 18th May 2022 after 6.00 pm
Publication of 2nd selection list from waitlisted candidates at the notice board and the website of respective colleges - 18th May 2022 after 7.00 pm
Physical joining period of selected candidates as per 2nd selection list dated 18th May 2022 with all original documents and requisite fees – 19th May 2022, up to 05.00 pm
Publication of list of admitted candidates of 2nd selection list and residual vacancy (if any)- 19th May 2022 at 6.00 pm
Waitlisted candidates and eligible candidates who have not applied as per sr.no. 2 from the published list should report to the college for a residual vacancy round (if any) from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm. (prepare a general merit list of the present waitlisted candidates and eligible candidates who were not applied as per sr.no. 2 separately) – 20th May 2022 up to 12.00 pm
First filling of residual vacancy (if any) from reported waitlisted candidates with all original documents and requisite fees – 20th May 2022 from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm
If there is any residual vacancy it can be filled by eligible candidates who were not applied as per sr.no. 2 list published on 13th May 2022 by merit - 20th May 2022 after 5.00 pm

Institutional round 3 is only for Private Unaided/Minority Medical colleges and for seats remaining vacant after institutional level round 2. All eligible candidates registered with State CET Cell who have paid Rs.1000 can apply for admission on vacant Institutional Level Seats. For admission, during the institution-level round, the college should form a committee of 4 members under the Chairmanship of the Dean/Principal to supervise the admission process.
It is the responsibility of the college to display on their website & notice board vacancy position, applicants list, merit list, list of selected candidates, and a waiting list as per schedule. The institute will verify and ascertain the eligibility of the candidate as per respective Central Council rules before admitting the candidates, even if the name appears in the list of eligible candidates. The list of eligible candidates has already been published on the website on 5th May 2022.
For the institutional round, eligible and interested candidates should approach the Dean/Principal of the respective colleges within the prescribed time and submit an application for and a separate application for state and institutional quota in person or any person. Such applications should not be submitted to the State CET Cell in person or by email. Such types of applications submitted in the State CET Cell will not be considered valid for any institutional level admission process.
At the time of admission during the institutional round, the candidates should submit all their original documents along with requisite fees in the form of DD/Cheque during the prescribed time limit.
Admissions once taken in the institutional level round cannot be cancelled due to any reason. All the candidates already admitted for MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BPTH/ BOTH/ BASLP/ B P&O/ B.Sc. Nursing courses are not eligible for this round.
For residual vacancy, the seats shall be filled by waitlisted candidates. After the exhaustion of waitlisted candidates, the seats can be filled by eligible candidates who are personally present (in person) with all necessary original documents and requisite fees as per merit.
The provisional seat matrix, selection list for Mop-Up round 6, provisional seat matrix and eligible candidates for institutional level 3 has been released.
