BOPEE Releases Seat Matrix For NEET UG AYUSH Courses

Jammu & Kashmir: J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has released the seat matrix for NEET UG-2022 (AYUSH-BAMS/BUMS/BPT) courses.

139 seats are available for NEET UG-2022 (AYUSH-BAMS/BUMS/BPT) courses. The highest number of seats is vacant at private colleges. Private colleges have 112 seats, and government colleges have 27 seats vacant.

The 3rd mop-up round is conducted for today (27.1.2023) and 28.1.2023. The candidates must report at J&K BOPEE offices in Srinagar/Jammu between 9:00 am and 10:00 am on their respective counselling dates for registration and fulfilment of other counselling-related formalities.

The documents to be carried –

1. NEET-UG Score Card 2022

2. 10+2 Marks Card

3. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation)

4. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K (ST Category Certificate in respect of candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh)

5. Category Certificate, if any, for Government Colleges only

Eligibility criteria –

1. The candidates should be NEET UG qualified.

2. The candidates must be citizens of India.

3. The candidates must have completed 10+2 with compulsory subjects in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English.

4. The candidates should have completed 17 years of age.

1. Registration

2. Choice Filling and Locking

3. Seat Allotment Result

4. Reporting to college

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) was established by an Act of the State Legislature (Act No. XXV of 2002). Under the Act, the Board is tasked with conducting entrance examinations and recommending the selection of candidates for admission to various Professional courses in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir or Ladakh. These Programmes, interalia, include Nursing/Para-medical Courses as per SRO-505 dated 20-08-2019 & SO 640 issued by Health and Medical Education Department J&K Government.
