DME Gujarat Announces Institute-Wise Intake Capacity For Admission To PG Ayurved, PG Homoeopathy Courses
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) announced the institute-wise intake capacity for admission to PG Ayurved (MD/MS Ayurved) and PG Homeopathy (MD Homeopathy) courses for 2022-23.
This academic year there is a total intake of 365 seats for admission to MD/MS Ayurved and MD Homeopathy courses.

DME has further notified that the seat distribution and tuition fees will be updated in time. The admission process for MD-MS (Ayurveda) and MD (Homeopathy) will start soon. The candidates need to visit the website- www.medadmgujarat.org regularly for information updated by the admission committee.
Eligibility criteria for PG AYUSH admission –
1. Candidates must possess of BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS / Graded BHMS degree(after a Diploma Course in Homoeopathy of not less than four year's duration) or Provisional BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS Pass Certificate recognized as per the provisions of the IMCC 1970/HCC 1973/ NCISM 2020 Act /NCH 2020 Act and possess permanent or provisional registration certificate of BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS/Graded BHMS degree qualification issued by the CCIM/ NCISM/ CCH/ /NCH/ State Board /Universities/ Deemed Universities.
2. The candidates must complete a one-year compulsory rotating internship by 31st December 2022 as per the NCISM/NCH notification.
Recently Medical Dialogues team reported that DME announced the counselling schedule for the AYUSH-UG mop-up and stray vacancy round for 2022-23. The process for the mop-up round began on 23.12.2022 and will end on 6.12.2022. The stray vacancy round will begin on 10.12.2023 and will end on 24.12.2023.
