Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) invited applications online for All India Quota admissions from NEET UG 2022 qualified candidates for admission into BHMS courses the academic year 2022-23 in private homeopathy colleges affiliated to KNRUHS.

Online registration uploading original certificates and exercising options begins today (10.12.2022) and continues till 17.12.2022, 5:00 pm. The process can be carried out at the Website https://tsbhmsaiq.tsche.in.

Registration and Verification Fee for BHMS Course:- The Registration and verification fee is Rs.2000 (Bank transaction charges extra) for OC, BC, SC & ST category candidates (Bank transaction charges extra). The fee shall be paid online through a Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking. Registration and verification fee, once paid, is not refundable.

The procedure of filling out the online application and online payment for the BHMS Course -

1. The registration fee can be paid through a debit / Credit card or Net Banking.

2. The registration fee paid by the applicants is not refundable.

3. Visit the Website through a Computer with an Internet connection to fill out the application form.

4. Registration numbers sent to the registered mobile should be noted for further use after entering the basic data. The Registration number should be kept confidential and not be disclosed to others.

The following Documents are required (PDF format) -

1. Admit card of NEET UG - 2022

2. Rank card of NEET UG-2022

3. SSC or equivalent examination containing the Date of Birth

4. Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination, i.e., Intermediate or Equivalent examination

5. Transfer certificate (T.C)

6. Latest Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) for BC/SC/ST Categories issued by their respective state's competent authority. (For cut-off score relaxation in eligibility criteria)

7. Aadhar Card

Eligibility –

1. Candidates who have qualified in NEET- UG -2022 by securing the marks of cut-offcut-off score or above must apply for online registration and exercising options for All India Quota seats.

2. The candidate must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination recognized by the concerned State Government and Education Board with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually.

3. Minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the qualifying examination in the case of the General Category.

4. Minimum of 40% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the qualifying above examination in the case of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and other backward classes, including PWD candidates of these categories.

5. Minimum of 45% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the qualifying above examination in the case of PWD candidates of the General Category.

6. The candidate should have completed 17 years as of 31-12- 2022.

Detailed issued –

1. Online application forms without uploading mandatory Certificates, Passport size photos, without a signature at the declaration area, incomplete applications, and applications without options for colleges will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for determining the Merit position in respective categories using NEET-UG-2022 rank and allotment.

2. The fact that the Merit position was issued to the candidate does not imply that the University accepts the candidature, and it does not mean that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct.

3. The University will verify original certificates about eligibility conditions, i.e., NEET UG-2022 Rank and other details as per uploaded relevant certificates by the concerned department officials. If the information furnished by the candidate in the application is incorrect, their candidature is liable to be canceled, and further action that is deemed fit will be taken.

4. Provisional final Merit position of the applied candidates will be prepared based on the NEET UG - 2022 Rank and other eligibility criteria notified hereunder after verification of scanned original certificates and allotments will be done based on options exercised from eligible candidates. Final verification of original certificates will also be conducted at the time of admission at the allotted college by Admission Committee.

5. Candidates admitted in 2nd phase of Under All India Quota counseling are not permitted to leave/surrender the seat after joining the course. They are permitted to leave /Surrender the seat till the last date of free exit, notified by KNRUHS on the Website, with forfeiture of the University and College fees. Suppose the candidate cancels the admission/ discontinues the course after the last date for the free exit. In that case, the candidate has to pay a penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- in addition as per State Government order, and they will not be eligible for BHMS admission under KNRUHS for 3 years.

6. Candidates are informed that if an admitted candidate (of 1st phase) is allotted a seat in the 2nd phase of counseling as per their priority of options, the seat allotted in the 1st phase is automatically vacated and allotted to the next meritorious candidate.

7. For allotment of AIQ UG seats in Private ASU & H Institutes: All AIQ UG seats of Private Homoeo colleges are open. However, as mentioned above, relaxation in the qualifying criterion may be considered category-wise. Candidates' domicile certificate is not required for allotment of All India Quota seats in Private AYUSH colleges.

8. After allotment candidate will receive an SMS of allotment. The allotment list will also be displayed on the KNRUHS website. Candidates are informed to check the KNRUHS website for allotment notifications.

9. Allotted candidates should download the allotment order on payment of the University Fee by the payment gateway, check the allotment details and report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date mentioned in the allotment letter. If the candidate fails to get admitted after allotment in the 1st phase of counseling, the candidate will not be eligible for 2nd phase of counseling.

10. Admissions will be in accordance with Government Orders and University Regulations. Candidates are directed to read the Regulations and Prospectus for admission into UG AYUSH courses notified on the KNRUHS website.

11. Candidates shall submit the printout of the filled-in online application form, allotment order, Bonds, and original certificates along with (1) set of self-attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college.

12. Candidate must pay the college and tuition fees at the time of joining. The admission committee is responsible for scrutiny of the original certificates submitted by the candidate. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order for admission will be canceled.

13. Undertaking in the form of an Affidavit shall be submitted at the time of admission by the Parent and candidate stating that the submitted certificates are genuine, and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per the law if any discrepancy is noticed.

14. Tuition fee – Rs. 40000 per annum as notified in G.O.Ms.No. 168, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (E1) Department Dated: 09-09-2017, issued by Government of Telangana.

15. University Fee - Allotted Candidates have to pay the University fee of Rs. 8000 for the BHMS Course through a payment gateway by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.
