KNRUHS To End 2nd Phase AYUSH Web Counselling for 2024-25 Competent Authority Quota Seats Today

Telangana- Through a notification, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has notified regarding the conduct of the 2nd phase of the web-based counselling for Competent Authority Quota (CQ) seats in BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS courses including EWS, CAP, PWD categories for 2024-25 in Government, Private AYUSH Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, Warangal in the State of Telangana.

As per the notification, candidates whose certificates were uploaded at the time of online registration and provisionally verified by the staff of concerned departments and whose names are notified as eligible candidates in the provisional final merit list course-wise for 2024-25 on the KNRUHS official website are eligible to exercise web options online from a computer with an internet connection.

Therefore, all the eligible candidates whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list including CAP, PWD and EWS quota candidates can exercise web options for admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS courses till today i.e. 04 November 2024 upto 6.00 P.M.

Meanwhile, it is to be noted that candidates who are admitted into MBBS and BDS courses under KNRUHS and in MCC counselling are not eligible to exercise web options. Candidates who are admitted into AYUSH courses under AIQ and are notified as ineligible for state counselling by AACCC are also not eligible to exercise web options. In addition, candidates who were allotted UG AYUSH seats in the 1st phase of counselling and who did not join the course/discontinued the course after joining are not eligible to exercise web options.

UNIVERSITY FEE

Allotted Candidates have to pay a University fee of Rs. 8,000/- through a payment gateway by using an online payment method such as Debit Card, Credit Card or Internet Banking and download the allotment letter. Candidates who have paid University fees in the 1st phase need not pay again. Along with this, the tuition fee is to be paid at respective colleges.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

1 The details of vacant seats available (seat matrix) are placed on the official website of KNRUHS. Eligible candidates as per the provisional final merit list can exercise web options for vacant seats in BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS Courses in all AYUSH colleges as per their interest and priority from the computer with internet facility. Do not use Tabs or Mobiles to exercise web options.

2 Candidates are advised to go through the Prospectus and the Government Orders on rules available on the KNRUHS official website before exercising web options.

3 Candidates are informed that they have to exercise options to the course and colleges in which they are interested to join. In case the candidate does not join the course/college after allotment he/she will not be allowed to exercise web options in subsequent counseling's for that course.

4 Candidates are advised to exercise web options for vacant seats in all AYUSH courses/colleges in which they are interested in joining irrespective of available vacant seats shown in the seat matrix, as vacancies will arise during the counselling process due to the sliding of candidates from allotted seats in 1st phase of counselling to other seats as per their web options in the second phase of counselling.

5 If a seat is allotted in this phase of counselling as per web options exercised by the candidate in this phase of counselling, the seat allotted in 1st phase of counselling will be automatically cancelled and allotted to the other candidate. Therefore, candidates are informed to exercise web options carefully for sliding with awareness of this fact.

6 One-time password will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of exercising web-options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z. (For details read instructions to the candidates before giving options)

7 Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options.

8 Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of seats if allotted. Candidates are also directed to log in to check their allotment status on the website after each phase of counselling without fail.

9 Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective AYUSH College before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, and relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically and the candidate's options shall not be considered for subsequent phases of counselling.

10 If the candidate slides to other colleges during 2nd phase of counselling in colleges affiliated with KNRUHS, the candidates have to get relieved from 1st phase join the college, collect original certificates, collect fees and report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date of joining. Candidates who do not join the course at the allotted college in this phase of counselling are not eligible for further phases of counselling.

11 Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted by the Admission Committee at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University regulations.

12 Original certificates will not be returned to candidates unless the candidate discontinues from the course.

13 The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
