Maha CET Cell Announces Counselling Schedule, Seat Matrix For Mop-Up 4, Institutional Level 2 Rounds, Details

Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell has announced the counselling schedule for Mop-Up round 4 and institutional level 2, the provisional list of eligible candidates, the seat matrix for institutional level 2, and the provisional selection list Mop-Up round 4 for UG AYUSH.

Schedule of Mop-Up round 4 for government/government-aided/corporation colleges

1. Physical joining and filling status retention form to the selected college – till 8th May 2022, 5:00 pm.

All selected candidates must submit all original requisite documents and fees in the form of DD/Cheque to the respective allotted institute. If the candidates cannot submit DD due to Bank Holiday, they may pay the fees by Cheque and replace the same on the next bank working day.

Any candidates are shifted during Mop-Up round 4 from private/minority AYUSH & allied college to government/ government-aided/ corporation AYUSH & allied college due to betterment or any reason by a competent authority such candidates should be immediately relived without any penalty.

Schedule for an institutional level round 2 only for private unaided/minority colleges –

1. The eligible desirous candidate can apply to the respective college in the prescribed format for state quota – 8th May 2022, 5:00 pm

2. Publication of general merit list, quota/category wise 1st selection list and category wise wait list - 8th May 2022, up to 7:00 pm

3. Physical joining period of selected candidates as per 1st selection list – up to 9th May 2022, 5:00 pm

4. Publication of list of admitted candidates and vacancy (if any) after 1st selection list - 9th May 2022, after 6:00 pm

5. Publication of 2nd selection list from wait listed candidates - 9th May 2022, after 7:00 pm

6. Physical joining period of selected candidates as per 2nd selection list – 10th May 2022, up to 2:00 pm

7. Publication of list of admitted candidates of 2nd selection list and residual vacancy (if any) – 10th May 2022, 4:00 pm

8. Candidate should report to the college from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm – 10th May 2022

9. Filling of residual vacancy (if any) from reported waitlisted candidates with all original documents and requisite fees – 10th May 2022, 5.30 pm onwards

10. Update admitted candidate status in college feedback module – 10th May 2022

11. Last date of admission for AYUSH & Allied Courses – 10th May 2022

Candidates who are previously registered with the State CET Cell but do not hold any seat in hand in previous State Quota /AIQ counselling rounds are eligible to participate. However, candidates having joined status in AIQ round 2 are not eligible for the institutional level round. All eligible candidates registered with State CET Cell who have paid Rs.1000 can apply for admission on vacant institutional level seats.

Maha CET Cell has further announced that the institutional round is only for private unaided/minority medical colleges and for seats remaining vacant after institutional level 1. For admission, during the institution-level round, the college should form a committee of 4 members under the Chairmanship of Dean/Principal to supervise the admission process.

It is the responsibility of the college to display on their website & notice board vacancy position, applicants list, merit list, list of selected candidates, and a waiting list as per schedule. The institute will verify and ascertain eligibility of the candidate as per respective Central Council rules before admitting the candidates, even if name appears in list of eligible candidates. The list of eligible candidates has already been published on the website on 5th May 2022.

For the institutional round, eligible and interested candidates should approach the Dean/Principal of the respective colleges within the prescribed time and submit an application for and a separate application for state and institutional quota in person or any person. Such applications should not be submitted to the State CET Cell in person or by email. Such type of applications submitted in the State CET Cell will not be considered valid for any institutional level admission process.

At the time of admission during the institutional round, the candidates should submit all their original documents along with requisite fees in the form of DD/Cheque during prescribed time limit.

Any candidates shifted from private AYUSH & Allied course College to Government/ Corporation AYUSH & Allied College due to betterment or by order of competent authority, such candidates should be immediately relived if they desire so without any penalty.

Admissions once taken in this round cannot be cancelled. All the candidates already admitted for MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BPTH/ BOTH/ BASLP/ B P&O/ B.Sc. Nursing courses are not eligible for this round.

The admission process should be completed before the cut-off date prescribed for each course declared by the respective Central Council and competent authority from time to time. All the admissions are subject to the approval of the admissions regulating authority after the cut-off date. The institute should upload the information about admitted candidates in the college feedback module of State CET Cell.
