The candidates submit all the original documents and pay requisite fees to the selected college within the stipulated time, failing to cancel this selection. Admitting Institute will verify the original documents and ascertain the eligibility of the candidates as per the NEET(UG)-2021 brochure. This seat allotment is conducted on the seats approved/permitted by the respective Central Council and affiliated to MUHS, Nashik only.
The candidates who have joined through AI/Deemed Quota in rounds 1 or 2 or Mop-Up of AIQ counselling are not eligible.
To ensure faithful obedience of time schedule and also to keep in view the limited time available for conducting counselling, all participating colleges are requested to treat all Saturdays/Sundays and Gazetted Holidays as working days.
The candidates who wish to participate in the next/subsequent rounds of counselling despite having an allotted seat should not fill the retention form. But if they do not want to participate should fill out the retention form. Filling out the status retention form is the choice of the candidate. Colleges should force the candidates to fill out the form.
If the candidates are not able to submit DD due to a bank holiday, they will have to pay the fees by cheque and replace the same on the next bank working day.
