Maha CET Cell releases Counselling Schedule of Institutional Level Round 3 For PG AYUSH Courses

Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell has announced the counselling schedule for an institutional level round 3 for PG AYUSH courses at private unaided/minority colleges.

Schedule for an institutional level round 3

1. Publication of vacancy position for state quota seats – 6th May 2022

2. Publication of list of candidates not eligible - 6th May 2022

3. The eligible candidates can apply to their respective college – from 7th May 2022 to 8th May 2022, 5:00 pm

4. Publication of general merit list and quota wise merit list – 8th May 2022, after 6:00 pm

5. Joining of selected candidates as per merit list who have applied to the college by personal counselling – 9th May 2022, after 1.30 pm (Candidate should report to the college from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Counselling will start at 1:30 pm)

6. Display of residual vacancy (if any) – 9th May 2022, by 5.30 pm

7. Filling of residual vacancy from general merit list published on 21st April 2022 by personal counselling – 10th May 2022, after 12:00 pm

8. The college should upload the information about the admitted candidates in the college feedback module of State CET Cell – 10th May 2022, up to 1:00 pm

9. Cut-off date of admission for PG AYUSH Courses – 10th May 2022

Candidates who are previously registered with State CET Cell but not holding any seat in hand in previous rounds of State Quota /AIQ counselling are eligible to participate. However, candidates who joined in AIQ round 2 are not eligible for institutional level round.

Maha CET Cell has further announced that the institutional round is only for private unaided/minority medical seats remaining vacant after institutional level 2. Candidates must be registered with State CET Cell for State Quota or institutional level round to be eligible for this round.

The institute will verify and ascertain the candidate's eligibility as per respective Central Council rules before admitting the candidates, even if name appears in the list of eligible candidates.

For the institutional round, eligible and interested candidates should approach the Dean/Principal of the respective colleges within the prescribed time and submit the prescribed application for State Quota. Such types of applications should not be submitted to the State CET Cell in person or by email. Such applications submitted in the State CET Cell will not be considered valid for any institutional level admission process.

At the time of admission during the institutional round, the candidates should submit all their original documents along with requisite fees in the form of DD/Cheque during the prescribed time limit. It is the sole responsibility of the candidates to submit all their original documents and requisite fees at the time of admission; if not submitted, admission will be denied by the respective institute.

All the admissions are subject to the approval of the admissions regulating authority after the cut-off date. The institute should upload the information about admitted candidate in college feedback module of State CET Cell. Candidates note that the Institute will not admit any candidates after the cut-off date declared by Ministry of AYUSH and AACCC.
