Maha CET Cell releases Counselling Schedule, Seat Matrix For Mop-Up 3, Institutional Rounds For AYUSH Admissions

Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell announced the counselling schedule for Mop-Up round 3 and institutional level round and provisional seat matrix for private unaided/minority colleges for an institutional level round and in government/ government-aided/corp colleges for Mop-Up round 3 for UG AYUSH courses. 

Schedule of Mop-Up round 3 for Government/Government Aided/Corporation Colleges

Physical joining and filling out status retention form to the selected college during Mop-Up round 3 can be done till 3rd May 2022, 5:00 pm.

All selected candidates must submit all original requisite documents and fees in form of DD/Cheque to the respective allotted institute. If the candidates are not able to submit DD due to Bank Holiday, they may pay the fees by Cheque and replace the same on the next bank working day.

Any candidates are shifted during Mop-Up round 3 from private/minority AYUSH & allied college to government/ government-aided/ corporation AYUSH & allied college due to betterment or any reason by order of competent authority, such candidates should be immediately relived without any penalty.

Schedule for institutional level round for Private Unaided/Minority Colleges

The eligible candidate can apply in person/any person to respective college in prescribe format for state quota till 2nd May 2022, 5:00 pm. The merit list, selection list, wait list will be published on 2nd May 2022 up to 7:00 pm.

The physical joining at the allotted college as per the 1st selection list will happen on 3rd May 2022, 5:00 pm, with all original documents and requisite fees. The publication of the total admitted list and vacancy list, if any arises, will be done on 3rd May 2022 after 6:00 pm.

Publication of 2nd selection list from wait listed candidates will be done on 3rd May 2022 after 7:00 pm. The physical joining at allotted college as per 2nd selection list will happen on 4th May 2022, 5:00 pm. Update admitted candidate status in college feedback module should be done on 4th May 2022.

Candidates who are previously registered with State CET Cell but not holding any seat in hand in previous rounds of State Quota /AIQ counselling are eligible to participate. However, candidates having joined status in AIQ round 2 are not eligible for institutional level round. All eligible candidates registered with State CET Cell who have paid Rs.1000 can apply for admission on vacant institutional level seats.

Maha CET Cell has further announced that the institutional round is only for private unaided/minority medical colleges and for seats remaining vacant after Mop-Up round 2. For admission, during the institution-level round, the college should form a committee of 4 members under Chairmanship of Dean/Principal to supervise the admission process.

It is the college's responsibility to display on their website & notice board vacancy position, applicants list, merit list, list of selected candidates, and a waiting list as per schedule. The institute will verify and ascertain the candidate's eligibility as per respective Central Council rules before admitting the candidates even if name appears in the list of eligible candidates. The list of eligible candidates has already been published in the website on 29th April 2022.

For institutional round eligible and interested candidates should approach to the Dean/Principal of the respective colleges within prescribed time and submit application for and submit separate application for state quota and institutional quota in person or any person. Such types of applications should not be submitted to the State CET Cell in person or by email. Such type of applications submitted in State CET Cell will not be considered valid for any institutional level admission process.

At the time of admission during institutional round the candidates should submit all their original documents along with requisite fees in the form of DD/Cheque during prescribed time limit.

The admission process should be completed before the cut-off date prescribed for each course declared by the respective Central Council and competent authority from time to time. All the admissions are subject to the approval of the admissions regulating authority after the cut-off date. The institute should upload the information about admitted candidate in college feedback module of State CET Cell.
