OJEE Announces Schedule For Round 1 Admissions to BAMS, BHMS courses, know all details

Odisha: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has announced the schedule and Instructions for Admission to BHMS and BAMS courses (Ist Round Counselling)

All the candidates, who have got allotment in the 1st Round must personally report at the office of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on the notified date and time with all certificates, mark sheets and other required documents in original for provisional admission.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• The allotted candidate should exercise the option for Freeze or Float using login ID.

• Part Admission Fees must be paid either online (using respective login id) or by demand draft. In case of draft, it should be in favour of “OJEE” drawn at any scheduled bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The Name and NEET Application number of the candidate are to be mentioned on back side of the draft and the draft is to be ODISHA JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION - 2024 (OJEE – 2024) submitted at OJEE office at the time of reporting.

• Candidates are required to bring all certificates / mark sheets and other required documents in original (with another set of photocopies) during provisional admission.

• On verification of documents and deposit of part admission fees and submission of Nativity Certificate and CLC in original, the candidate will receive provisional admission letter from OJEE Office along with acknowledgement of submitted documents.

• Either the candidate alone or with only one of his / her guardians, should come with the demand draft and all other necessary documents, to the OJEE Office on the scheduled date and time to complete the formalities of provisional admission.

• Candidates are advised not to report at their allotted College at this stage and they must wait till the entire counselling and admission process is completed.

• After final counselling is over, OJEE will send the list of admitted students along with the part admission fees to the concerned Institute. The Institutes will, in turn, complete the final admission.

Part Admission Fees to be deposited for Government/Private Ayurvedic/Homeopathy Colleges: Rs. 8500/- (Rs. 5000/- towards Seat Confirmation fees and Rs. 3500/- towards University registration fees)

NB: Additional fees as prescribed by concerned Govt. / Pvt. Colleges may be collected at institutional level which may vary from institution to institution. Candidates are advised to visit institution website for information regarding their fee structure.
