OJEE releases Final Schedule of Further Counselling For Admission To BHMS, BAMS Courses

Odisha: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the final schedule for further counselling for admission to BHMS/BAMS courses.

A detailed counselling schedule

1. Reconciliation of data, verification and validation of allocated seats – 18th April 2022

2. Seat allotment: round - 2 downloading of provisional allotment letter – 19th April 2022, 5:00 pm

3. Online reporting for newly allotted candidates: payment of part admission-cum-seat confirmation fee, document upload, exercise freeze/ float option, respond to query – 19th April 2022, 5:00 pm till 21st April 2022, 5:00 pm

4. Withdrawal/exit from seat allocation process - 19th April 2022, 5:00 pm till 22nd April 2022, 10:00 am

5. Publication of final allotment after auto-upgradation, downloading of final allotment letter – 24th April 2022, 5:00 pm

6. Online reporting for newly allotted candidates: payment of part admission-cum-seat confirmation fee, document upload, respond to query, if required - 24th April 2022, 5:00 pm till 25th April 2022, 5:00 pm

7. Spot round of counselling – 28th April 2022

OJEE has further notified that a detailed schedule and guidelines for a spot round of counselling will be notified later. If any vacancy arises after reporting of candidates in allotted institutes, the spot counseling is conducted.

Only registered candidates are considered for allotment/admission at all stages, including spot admission. All the seats are allotted strictly based on eligibility, filled choices, and merit.

Eligibility criteria for participating in the counselling process for BHMS/BAMS courses -

1. Candidates interested in participating must have qualified in the NEET (UG)-2021 with a valid rank.

2. The candidate must be at least 17 years of age as of 31st December 2021.

3. For state quota seats, the candidate's parents must be permanent natives of Odisha.

4. The candidates must have passed +2 Sc. in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually.
