PG Ayurveda, Homeopathy 2024: DME Gujarat Begins 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round Registrations

Gujarat- Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has released the 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round Registration Schedule for Admission to 1st year Post Graduate Ayurveda and Homeopathy Courses for the academic year 2024-25.

As per the schedule, the entire process of the 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round Registration is already been started which will conclude on 14th November 2024. Of these, the online pin purchase from the official website of the Admission Committee and the online registration & document upload process started on 11th November 2024 and will end on 14th November 2024.

For the academic year 2024-25, the schedule for the 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round of registration is only for those candidates who have not Registered in Round 01, Round 02 or Round 03 or who have been allotted a seat in Round 02 but their admission have not been confirmed (Exited with forfeiture of refundable security deposit) and have not Registered in Round 03 for the admission of Government seats and Management seats of postgraduate Ayurveda and Homoeopathy Courses in Government and Self-Financed Colleges of Gujarat State, is as follows-

Meanwhile, for online registration PIN can be purchased through online payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) + Rs.10,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs.12,000/- from the website. After online Registration, the candidate has to upload the required documents. There will be no need to verify the application and submit copies of certificates at the Help Center. The candidate has to pay the requisite amount of tuition fees by cash/DD at any of the designated Axis Bank branches or through online payment within the time limit specified by the ACPPGMEC.

Candidates, who are eligible as per AIA-PGET-2024 as well as AYUSH Ministry, New Delhi and have passed BAMS/BHMS course from the universities of Gujarat state, are eligible for Govt and Management quota seats of postgraduate Ayurveda and Homoeopathy courses in Government and Self-Financed colleges of Gujarat State.

However, all those students who have been allotted seats in MDMS (Ayurveda) / MD (Homeopathy) Courses in the third Round will not be able to do fresh registration.

ORIGINAL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION AT HELP CENTER

List of Original Documents to be submitted are as mentioned below-

1 Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC.

2 Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees for Self-financed institute / one-year fees for Government institute at designated Axis Bank branch.

3 All-year attempt-wise BAMS / BHMS mark sheets.

4 Internship completion certificates (on or before 31/07/2024).

5 Copy of the AIAPGET Mark sheet of the current academic year.

6 Provisional Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine/ Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Indian Medicine / Central Council of Homoeopathy ((In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/Permanent Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine/ Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Indian medicine / Central Council of Homoeopathy (In case of old pass out candidates) with renewal receipt where is applicable.

7 Documents showing Date & Place of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate).

8 For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.

9 For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2022. The certificate should be valid for 2024-25.

10 For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2022. The certificate should be valid for 2024-25.

11. Photocopy of Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

12 Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign.

ONLINE CHOICE FILLING & ALLOTMENT OF ADMISSION

1 After merit declaration, the choice filling will be initiated online for each round.

2 After the choice-filling period is over, the ACPPGMEC will process for allotment of seats and declare the status of allotment on the website.

3 The candidates can view their status of allotment by logging in to their own User ID.

PREPARATION AND PUBLICATION OF MERIT LIST

1 After the registration process, ACPPGMEC will prepare and declare a merit list of all eligible candidates.

2 Candidate needs to verify merit number and category as mentioned in registration details
