PG AYUSH Admissions: AACCC notifies on process, schedule, eligibility for Stray Vacancy Round, Details

New Delhi: Through a recent notice, Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has released the eligibility conditions, process & time schedule of Stray Vacancy Round of PG AYUSH admissions 2021.

The candidates who are willing to participate in the Final Stray Vacancy Round of AACCC-PG Counselling, 2021 are advised to take note of the following:

The AACCC, M/o Ayush is receiving lot of queries from candidates regarding the seat allotment in the Final Stray Vacancy Round of AACCC-PG counseling, 2021.

In this regard, it is informed that, those candidates who have not been allotted any seats under all India quota (AIQ) as well as under State/UT/Institutional Quota will be considered for seat allotment in the Final Stray Vacancy Round. The details of eligibility conditions, process & time schedule of Stray Vacancy Round as under:

Eligibility condition for the Final Stray vacancy Round:

All the registered candidates for AACCC-PG counseling who have not taken admission through the AACCC/State/UT/Institutional Counseling, 2021-22, are eligible for the Final Stray Vacancy Round.

Following candidates are in-eligible for the Final Stray vacancy Round:

1. Candidates who have not registered in any of the Previous 3 Rounds of AACCC-PG counseling.

2. Candidates who have already joined the allotted seats in Round 1/Round 2/ Round 3 or Mop-Up Round of AACCC-PG counseling.

3. Candidates who have already joined the allotted seats under AIQ/State /UT/Institutional/Nominated quota.

4. Candidates allotted seats in 3rd/Mop Up Round of AACCC-PG counseling.

5. Candidates who are resigned from the allotted seats in the 2nd Round beyond the permissible period of exit (i.e., 3 days prior to the commencement of the 3rd /Mop-up Round of AACCC-PG counseling).

Process of participation in the Final Stray Vacancy Round of AACCC-PG counseling:

  • All the eligible candidates for the Final Stray Vacancy Round are advised to submit their willingness for participation in the Final Stray Vacancy Round of AACCC-PG Counseling, 2021 by logging in to the AACCC portal/website ( www.aaccc.gov.in ).
  • The seats will be allotted to only those candidates who will submit their willingness for participation in the Final Stray Vacancy Round on the AACCC portal/website ( www.aaccc.gov.in ) during the schedule period as mentioned below.
  • There will be no fresh registration/choice filling in Final Stray Vacancy Round.
  • The seats remain vacant (Govt./Govt. Aided/ CU/NI) after 3rd/Mop-up Round of AACCC-PG counseling (if any), will be allotted to the candidates as per merit, and choices submitted by the candidates during 3rd/Mop-up Round.

Further, if candidate get allotted a seat in the Final Stray Vacancy Round, he/she need to join the allotted seat. In case, he/she fail to join then he/she will be ineligible for the State/UT/Institutional quota/Deemed University counseling & his/her security money will be forfeited.

10:00 AM of 12/03/2022 to 11:55 PM of 13/03/2022

Processing of the seat allotment

14/03/2022 to 15/03/2022

Declaration of the Final Result/allotment

16/03/2022

Reporting at allotted Institute

from 17/03/2022 to 25/03/2022
