WBMCC begins Counselling UG AYUSH Admissions, details
West Bengal: The West Bengal Main Computerized Counselling (WBMCC) has released the counseling schedule for UG AYUSH (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS) courses for the academic year 2023-24.
Detailed schedule –
Round 1 -
1. Online Registration, Fee payment, by "eligible" candidates qualified through NEET UG 2023 - From 12 noon of 08-09-2023 till midnight of 10-09-2023 as per server time
2. After successful Registration and Fee payment, Verification of Candidates in the already designated College and time slot by the software - From 11 am till 4 pm on both 09-09-2023 and 11-09-2023 as per server time
3. Publication of List of Successfully verified candidates - After 2 pm of 12-09-2023
4. Publication of List of Successfully verified candidates - After 2 pm of 12-09-2023
5. Online Choice filling and Choice Locking by the verified candidates in the List - From 4 pm of 12-09-2023 till midnight of 13-09-2023 as per server time
6. Publication of allotment Result Round 1 - After 4 pm of 16-09-2023
7. The Reporting and Admission of allotted Candidates to the allotted Institute with requisite original documents, college requisite fee, and bond after physical document verification (Once Successfully re- verified, they can get admitted to the allotted seat) - From 11 am till 4 pm of 18-09 - 2023; 19-09-2023 and 20-09- 2023 (all 3 days as per server time)
Round 2 –
1. Online Registration, Fee payment, by "eligible" candidates qualified through NEET UG 2023 – From 12 noon of 27-09-2023 till midnight of 28-09-2023
2. After successful Registration and Fee payment, Verification of Candidates in the already designated College and time slot by the software – From 11 am till 4 pm on 29- 09-2023 and 30-09-2023, both days as per server time
3. Publication of List of Successfully verified candidates - After 2 pm of 03-10-2023
4. Publication of List of Successfully verified candidates - After 2 pm of 03-10-2023
5. Online Choice filling and Choice Locking by the verified candidates in the List – From 4 pm of 03-10-2023 till Midnight of 04-10-2023 as per server time
6. Publication of allotment Result Round 1 - After 4 pm of 09-10-2023
7. The Reporting and Admission of allotted Candidates to the allotted Institute with requisite original documents, college requisite fee, and bond after physical document verification (Once Successfully re- verified, they can get admitted to the allotted seat) - From 11 am till 4 pm on 10- 10-2023; 11-10-2023 and 12- 10-2023
Round 3 –
1. Online Registration, Fee payment, by "eligible" candidates qualified through NEET UG 2023 – From 10 am till midnight of 16-10-2023 as per server time
2. After successful Registration and Fee payment, Verification of Candidates in the already designated College and time slot by the software – From 11 am till 4 pm on 17- 10-2023 as per server time
3. Publication of List of Successfully verified candidates - After 2 pm on 18-10-2023
4. Publication of List of Successfully verified candidates - After 2 pm on 18-10-2023
5. Online Choice filling and Choice Locking by the verified candidates in the List – After 4 pm on 18-10-2023 till midnight of 19-10-2023 as per server time
6. Publication of allotment Result Round 1 - After 4 pm of 27-10-2023
7. The Reporting and Admission of allotted Candidates to the allotted Institute with requisite original documents, college requisite fee, and bond after physical document verification (Once Successfully re- verified, they can get admitted in the allotted seat) - From 11 am till 4 pm on 28- 10-2023 and 30-10-2023
Online stray vacancy round –
1. Publication of List of successfully Verified candidates - After 2 pm of 08-11-2023
2. Publication of Seat Matrix Stray Vacancy Round - After 2 pm of 08-11-2023
3. Online Choice filling and choice locking by the successfully Verified candidates - After 4 pm of 08-11-2023 till Midnight of 09-11-2023
4. Publication of Result of provisional allotment for Stray Vacancy Round - After 4 pm of 16-11-2023
5. The reporting admission of allotted candidates to the allotted institute with requisite original documents, college requisite fee, and bond after physical document re-verification. (Once successfully re-verified, they can get admitted to the allotted seat.) - From 11 am till 4 pm on 17- 11-2023 and 18-11-2023 as per server time
