The candidates will be disqualified on the following grounds -

1. The students carrying any incriminating material (handwritten/printed paper slips, books, notes, mobile, pager, or any other electronic device, etc.) in the examination hall. This will lead to disqualification of the students from the examination along with the punishment as per the University UMC Ordinances.

2. If the students are found copying or allowing another student to copy, their answer book will be disqualified along with the punishment as per the University UMC Ordinances.

3. Students disclosing any identification mark or writing their Roll Number, Name, etc., inside the answer book will be disqualified.

The center coordinator/superintendent is requested to tally the QP codes of the respective subjects mentioned in the date sheets from the web portal of the University's online system. Further, BFUHS has requested all the Principals to make necessary arrangements for the conduct of theory exams at their examination centers strictly as per the guidelines of COVID-19 issued by the MCI/Government of Punjab.

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences was established in July 1998 by Punjab Act No. 18. It is named after Baba Farid, a 12th-century Punjabi Sufi headquartered in Faridkot. The mission of the University is to create an intellectual, academic, and physical environment conducive to the free flow of ideas and exchange of information between various faculties of the University and between this University and other Universities of Health Sciences in the country and abroad.
