DMER Maharashtra Invites Online Application For Government Bond Services from MDS Degree Holders, details
Maharashtra: The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER Maharashtra) has invited online applications for Government Bond Service to PG degree holders -MDS (Summer-2023 Batch).
The candidates can fill out the application form and online preferences from 04.11.2023 from 10.00 am to 08.11.2023 up to 5.00 pm. Declaration of allotment of bond service to candidate and issue of recommendation letter through Login ID in Online Bond portal will be done on 09.11.2023 after 05.00 pm.
The qualification required is an MDS in a specific subject. For Senior Resident, Dental surgeon & Asst.Prof. in Dentistry Any Specialty MDS eligible.
General Instructions -
1. Candidates will be allotted Seats as per preference for posts of Assistant Professor, Dental Surgeon, and Senior Resident on the basis of marks obtained in the Postgraduate degree examination.
2. As per Government Resolut on No.PWPM1011/C.R.352/11/Edu-2, dated 4 April 2012, all posts will be allotted on a merit basis as Open Category.
3. If any candidate does not fill out the online application form, he/she thereby refuses to get the allotment of bond service. The said candidate will be deemed to be not interested in complying with bond service. Hence, for such a candidate, the process of recovery of the bond penalty amount will be initiated.
4. The Recommendation /Selection list will be displayed on the DMER website on 9.11.202 after 05.00 pm
5. The recommendation letter can be downloaded on the Bond service Portal through login ID
6. Candidates should take printouts of recommendation letters and report to the concerned allotted institute with requisite documents within .7 days from the date of allotment.
The candidate must submit the attested photocopy of requisite documents at the respective institute where they will be allotted post as per the list given below -
1. SSC Passing Certificate / valid passport (as proof of age)
2. First, Second, Third & fourth BDS mark-sheets
3. Mark sheet / Grade Certificate of MDS
4. Attempt a certificate of all BDS Examinations from the head of the institution.
5. BDS degree / Passing certificate
6. MDS Degree /Passing Certificate
7. Registration certificate of Maharashtra Dental Council or other State Dental Councils in India/DCI with renewal.
8. Online recommendation letter of allotment of bond service. (will be mailed to the candidates on their registered email id)
Rule of TIE- BREAKER -
Selection of candidates for the vacant post shall be as per the preparation procedure of the merit list as given below.
First Level - The candidate having the Highest Mark in the postgraduate examination (MDS)will be preferred,
if the tie persists, then -
Second Level - The candidate having the Highest aggregate Mark in the final BDS (part I +II) will be preferred,
if the tie persists, then -
Third Level - The candidate having the Highest Mark in 3rd BDS will be preferred,
if the tie persists, then -
Fourth Level - The older candidate will be preferred
