Gujarat NEET MDS Admissions 2025: 3rd Round Registration Begins, check complete schedule, seat matrix

Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME), Gujarat, is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the admission of Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats of MDS Course in Government and Self-financed Dental Colleges for the academic year 2025-26.

Therefore, candidates who are qualified in the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) exam for the academic year 2025 are eligible as per council and admission rules of Gujarat State and can apply and for all the eligible candidates included in the Merit List of ACPPGMEC, for admission of Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats of MDS Course in Government and Selffinanced Dental Colleges for the academic year 2025-26.

In this regard, DME Gujarat has released the schedule for the Admission Cancellation, 3rd Round Online Registration and Choice Filling for admission in the first-year Post-graduate MDS course for the academic year 2025-26.

As per the schedule, the Admission Cancellation process will begin from 11th August 2025. Meanwhile, the online Pin purchase process starts from today, i.e. 05th August 2025 and the 3rd Round Choice Filling will begin from 09th August 2025.

Meanwhile, for online Registration, PIN can be purchased online from the official website of DME Gujarat on payment of Rs 3000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs 25,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs 28,000/-. However, it is to be noted that the candidates who have purchased Online PIN by paying Rs 28,000/- in Round 01 or Round 02 and have not done online registration/ documents verification & not submitted photocopies of documents at the Help Centre after completing online registration, need not purchase online PIN again. They only have to do document verification & submit photocopies of documents at the Help Centre only.

Candidate has to take prior appointment for the Document Verification and Submission of photocopies of Documents at Help Center. Candidate, himself/herself, can select the Date, time and Help Centre of his/her choice for Document Verification at the time of printing the Registration Slip. Help Centres will remain closed on Government Holidays and Sundays.

Along with this, DME Gujarat has released the vacant seats after round 02 (MDS) for the 2025-26. As per the vacant seats details, a total of 41 seats are vacant across 8 MDS courses. Of these, Oral Pathology has the highest vacant seats, with 15 and Conservative Dentistry has the lowest vacant seats, with only 2. Below are the detailed vacant seats-
