KGMU to conduct Interview for BDS Internship Program, Details

Lucknow- King George's Medical University (KGMU) is going to conduct a walk-in interview for an internship program for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) students passed from other government/private dental colleges. The institute has released a notice giving the details of the walk-in interview.

Walk-in-Interview is scheduled to be held on 8th May 2024 at 10:00 AM for 12 vacancies for the BDS Internship Program in the Faculty of Dental Sciences, King George Medical University, UP, Lucknow.

Interested candidates passed from other Government/Private Dental colleges are required to appear at the University with the following documents-

1 No Objection Certificate from Director General Medical Education & Training UP Iucknow.

2 Aggregate percentage of BDS Marks (BDS-I, II, Ill, IVth Professional) and pass certificate duly given by the Principal of College/Institute.

3 Candidate must pass all the professional exams on the first attempt with 60% marks or above in all professional exams (attempt certificate mandatory).

4 NOC from the parent College/Institute duly given by the Principal of the College/Institute.

5 A letter from the principal stating that during their Internship stipend shall be paid by the parent College/Institute.

6 Submission of Rs. Sixty Thousand in the Finance Office, KGMU Lucknow (Administrative Block) in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of "Finance Officer, KGMU Lucknow”.

7 Marksheet BDS-1, Il, Ill, 1Vth year.

8 Submission of an affidavit stating the following-

i The candidate will not ask for a Stipend for the Internship period.

ii The candidate will not ask for their Original documents during his/her Internship period before the completion of the year Rotatory Internship.

However, no application will be considered without the above documents.

Meanwhile, the university has also constituted a committee for the selection of the students for this internship programme. All members are requested to attend the meeting on the 8th May 2024 at 10:00 AM.
