NEET MDS Admissions 2022: BCECEB begins Choice Filling process, Details

Bihar : Through a recent notice, BCECEB has begun the choice filling process for NEET MDS admissions 2022.

Rank Card of all eligible candidates who have filled their online registration form successfully and paid the registration fee as well as security deposit in between 21.09.2022 to 26.09.2022 have been uploaded on Board's website. Candidates are advised to download their Rank Card of PGDAC-2022 by clicking the link "Rank Card of PGDAC-2022'' by submitting their PGDAC ID and Date of Birth.

After downloading the rank card, candidates have to do online Registration-cum-choice filling for online counselling. For online choice filling, all eligible candidates are required to click on link ''Online Counselling Portal of PGDAC-2022''.After clicking the link candidates are advised to do the registration by submitting the data as asked on the computer screen.

After Online Registration, using their User ID & Password after login in their account, candidates have to fill in choices of Subjects and Institution / Colleges in order of preference. Once choices are filled in, it can be modified before locking it. For this candidates have to click on "Unlock Choices" button after authentication / verification of obtained OTP on their Registered Mobile no. and email, and can modify their choices till last date of choice locking. During the choice locking period it is necessary to lock the choices to get a print of their submitted choices. If candidate does not lock the choice submitted, their choice will be automatically locked on notified date at notified time, however candidate will be allowed to take a print of their choices after locking, but he/she will not be permitted to modify choices after locking of due date.

Note : Registration, Choice locking & unlocking process will be done through OTP authentication only which will be sent on Registered Mobile & email of the candidates which can not be changed in any circumstances.

The list of finally filled in choices will be sent to candidates on their Registered Mobile no. & email before seat allotment result.

The seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit-cum-choice basis. Provisional seat allotment order will be made available on Board's website on 08.10.2022.

All eligible candidate are advised to login their account on schedule period of date & time and view the provisionally allotted seat result and download their provisional allotment order. If the candidate is not satisfied with their allotted seat, they must select up-gradation "Yes" in the process of downloading the Provisional Allotment Order.

In case candidate is allotted seat during 1st / 2nd round seat, he/she has to report physically at reporting centre for Document Verification. After document verification if he is found eligible will either take admission / up-gradation or go for free exit from 09.10.2022 to 11.10.2022 as per rule mentioned in PGDAC-2022 Prospectus. Other details regarding online counselling are available in the prospectus of PGDAC-2022.

iv. Last date of online registration-cum-choice filling for seat allotment and locking (1st round) : 05.10.2022

v. 1st round provisional seat allotment order publication : 08.10.2022

vi. Downloading of allotment order (1st round) : 08.10.2022 to 11.10.2022

vii. Document verification/Admission (1st round)/free exit : 09.10.2022 to 11.10.2022

viii. Starting date of online registration-cum-choice filling for seat allotment (2nd round) : 15.10.2022

ix. Last date of online registration-cum-choice filling for seat allotment and locking (2nd round) : 21.10.2022

x. 2nd round provisional seat allotment order publication : 27.10.2022

xi. Downloading of allotment order (2nd round) : 27.10.2022 to 02.11.2022

xii. Document verification/Admission (2nd round)/free exit : 28.10.2022 to 02.11.2022

List of Original Documents to be produced during documents verification

i. Residential Certificate.

ii. Caste Certificate.

iii. Certificate for Economically Weaker Section (EWS).

iv. College leaving certificate.

v. Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate

vi. BDS Passing Certificate

vii. Mark sheets of BDS (I, II & III Parts).

viii. No objection certificate from employer (if applicable).

ix. Dental Registration Certificate.

x. Original Matric Certificate.

xi. Admit Card of NEET(MDS) - 2022.

xii. Score Card of NEET(MDS) - 2022.

xiii. Any other certificates in support of eligibility as required and mentioned in the prospectus of PGDAC-2022 (available on website).

xiv. Rank Card of PGDAC-2022.

xv. Six copies of the passport size photographs of previously filled application form of PGDAC-2022.

xvi. Hard Copy of filled application form (Part-A and Part-B) of PGDAC-2022.

xvii. Six (6) Photograph same as uploaded on application form of PGDAC-2022.

xviii. The Check Slip as downloaded along with Biometric Identification Report Form 1 (one) copy.
