Detained batch of MBBS students urge Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya to hold Final Exams at earliest
Indore: Caught in the middle of a confusion regarding the affiliation fee, the detained MBBS batch students of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) recently urged the Institute for holding their final professional exams at the earliest.
The issue regarding the MBBS exam was raised by the students during a 'jan sunwai' held in the examination controller's chamber. While the Deputy Registrar (Exams) Rachna Thakur was holding the 'jan sunwai', the medicos demanded the authorities for holding the examination as soon as possible.
Since the matter concerned the administration department, the Deputy Registrar (Exams) directed the students for discussing the matter with the Registrar Anil Sharma.
As per the latest media report by the Free Press Journal, these students are caught in a confusion regarding the payment of affiliation fee. Since the college has now become affiliated to the Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University (MPMSU), these students have now started paying the affiliation fee to the University instead of DAVV.
