DMER Maharashtra Announces Provisional Recommendation List For Bond Service For PG Degree Holders

Maharashtra: Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER Maharashtra) has announced the provisional recommendation list for social responsibility services (government bond service) for PG (Winter 2022) degree holders.

The list includes PRN, Name, Marks, Final BDS (%), Birth Date, and Recommendation Details. 93 PG degree holders are there on the list.

The following are subjects included in the list –

5. Microbiology

6. OBGY

7. Opthalmology

8. Orthopedics

9. PSM

10. Paediatric

11. Pathology

12. Pharmacology

13. Radiology

14. Skin & VD

15. Surgery

Recommendations letters are communicated to candidates on the web portal through login ID. Candidates will have to take the printout of the recommendation letter and report to the concerned allotted institute with the requisite documents within 7 working days from the date of the recommendation letter.

Candidates are allotted seats per subject merit for posts of Senior Residents, Tutors, Specialty Medical Officers and Medical Officers based on marks obtained in the Post Graduate degree examination. As per Government Resolution No.PWPM1011/C.R.352/11/Edu-2, dated 4 April 2012, all posts are allotted on a merit basis as Open Category.

If any candidate did not fill out the online application form, thereby refusing to get the allotment of bond service, the candidate is deemed uninterested in complying with bond service. Hence for such a candidate, the process of recovery of the bond penalty amount will be initiated.


The candidate must submit the following attested photocopy of requisite documents at the respective institute where they will be allotted post –

1. SSC Passing Certificate / valid passport (as proof of age)

2. First, Second and Third MBBS mark sheets (Final part-I & Part II wherever applicable)

3. Degree Mark sheet / Grade Certificate

4. Attempt certificate of all MBBS, MD/MS examinations from the head of the institution

5. MBBS degree / Passing certificate

6. MD/MS Degree Passing Certificate

7. Permanent Registration certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council or other State Medical Councils in India/MCI

8. Online recommendation letter of allotment of bond service. (to be downloaded from the web portal through login ID)

Rule of TIE- BREAKER –

Selection of candidate for the vacant post shall be as per the procedure of preparation of merit list as given below –

1. First Level - The candidate having the highest mark in the postgraduate examination (MD/ MS)will be preferred; if the tie persists, then –

2. Second Level - The candidate with a higher aggregate mark (Converted into percentile) at the first, Second, and Third MBBS Examination (parts I &II) taken to gather shall be preferred; if the tie persists, then –

3. Third Level - The candidate with higher aggregate marks (converted into percentile) at the Third MBBS Examination (parts I &II) will be preferred; if the tie persists, then –

4. Fourth Level - The older candidate will be preferred.
