DMER Maharashtra Extends Last Date for Online Applications by MBBS students Seeking Transfer to Another Medical College
Mumbai: The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) Maharashtra has extended the last date of online application for Regular & Supplementary Batch of the students who passed their first-year MBBS examination and are seeking transfer from one medical college to another.
As per the notice, the DMER has received the request for an extension of the last date for application of transfer after Ist MBBS. Accordingly, the revised schedule is notified below.
This notification is for all the desirous candidates seeking transfer to another Medical college after passing the first MBBS examination. All such candidates who have passed the first MBBS examination conducted in May-June 2020 (Regular Batch) and September -October 2020 (Supplementary Batch) by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, or from any Deemed University situated in the state of Maharashtra, should apply online (on website-www.dmer.org) along with prescribed fee Rs. 10,000/- from 18.10.2021 to 23.10.2021.
After the last date of submission of application, 2 days period will be given for the late submission of application i.e. 24.10.2021 and 25.10.2021. However, during this 2 days period, the applicant has to pay the application fee of Rs. 10,000/- plus late fee RS. 10,000/- total Rs. 20,000/-. The candidate has to make payment Online via NEFT / RTGS / UPI or Internet banking. The detail of bank is given below:

This fee shall be non-refundable. Before filling Online Application Form, please download the INFORMATION BROCHURE and read it carefully. Candidates ascertain the eligibility before filling the application form and paying fees.
The information Brochure and prescribed online transfer form proforma are available on Director, Medical Education & Research Mumbai website www.dmer.org. The desirous candidate should read eligibility rules from the information brochure carefully before applying for transfer. Candidates Not Belonging to the batch (Passing 1st MBBS in May– June 2020 Regular Batch- and September-October 2020 Supplementary Batch-Examination) Mentioned above Should not apply.
The application will not be accepted Physically or by Post at the Office of DMER, The candidate has to upload the required documents. The Payment will be accepted online via NEFT / RTGS / UPI or Internet banking. The Candidate who fails to upload required documents or fails to make payment will not be considered for transfer.
