DNB Post Diploma 2021 Admissions: NBE releases final mop up round schedule, Check out details

New Delhi : Through a recent notice, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the schedule of Final (Mop-up) Round of the online Centralized Merit Based counseling for admission to DNB (Post Diploma) courses for 2021 admission session. 

Candidates who do not join their allotted institute by 11.03.2022 will lose their DNB Seat & their Fee shall be forfeited. The DNB (Post Diploma) Seat falling vacant due to non-joining by 11.03.2022 (16:00 hrs) shall be released for inclusion in the Final (Mop-up) Round of counseling.

The schedule of Final (Mop-up) Round of the online Centralized Merit Based counseling for 2021 Admission Session is as follows: 

Only the registered candidates who have not been allotted any seat during the First, Second and Third round of counseling, will be eligible for the Final (Mop-up) Round of counseling (Refer para 6.4 (2) of the counseling handbook). Candidates who have been allotted a DNB (Post Diploma) seat in the any of the three rounds of counseling but have failed to join the allocated institute shall also be ineligible for participation in Final (Mop-up) Round of counseling, the NBE added in the notice.

Candidates are also advised to carefully go through the Flowchart indicating the process of allotment of DNB (Post Diploma) seats in the Mop-up round. The flowchart is attached below:

Candidates who do not join their allotted institute in the Final (Mop -up) Round of counseling by the stipulated date i.e. 25-03-2022 will lose their DNB (Post Diploma) Seat & their Fee shall be forfeited, the notice further stated.
