Kozhikode: IMA MSN Kerala recently conducted Cognosco, a Neet UG Workshop which included various exam cracking methods by NEET toppers of previous year, and a NEET model examination for NEET Aspirants of 2023.
It also included sessions by psychiatrists and doctors for aspirants to learn how to approach the exam and effectively address exam stress.This venture was implemented first at Kochi on April 14 and then at Trivandrum and Calicut on April 16. This year Congnosco took place in IMA's Kozhikode, Trivandrum, and Kochi Chapter.
The toppers of neet UG examination 2022 shared their success stories and the tricks used by them to crack the exam.The doubts and concerns of the participants were addressed and provided them with appropriate solutions.The neet mock exams were conducted to equip the participants with confidence for facing the NEET exam as well as to manage time effectively.
The session on" how to manage stress and perform efficiently in the neet exam" was taken by the famous psychiatrists ,Dr. Arun B Nair, Dr.Tom Varghese and Dr.Jinu Moideen in Trivandrum,Calicut and Kochi respectively.This helped to guide the participants to build enthusiasm and firmness to go through the final days of neet preparation.
The participants with their parents took part in the event and utilised the platform in an effective manner. Talking to Medical Dialogues, Dr. Musammil, Secretary of IMA Medical Student's Network Kerala stated," We were
conducting undergraduate model medical entrance test to help MBBS aspirants. It is an exclusive initiative by IMA Kerala. We have conducted it this year also on last Sunday.
