Maha CET Cell Carries Out Refund Process For 5876 NEET PG, MDS Candidates, details
Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell has carried out the refund process for 5876 NEET PG and NEET MDS candidates for the academic year 2022-23.
As per the notice, for NEET PG, 4714 and 1162 candidates have received the refund. The refund has been made per the eligibility conditions of the Refund of the Security Deposit. The detailed lists of candidates have been enclosed in the notice below. The list includes Cet_Application_No, Payment_Id, Refund_Id, Refund_Amt (inRs), Status, and Refund_Date.
Refunds have been sent to the same Bank/Card Account from where the security deposit was remitted. Depending on the automation level, banks will take 1 to 10 days to credit the refunds. Candidate should check their bank account/card stat. as the case may be.
If the refund is not credited in 10 days, the candidate should take up with the "Customer Grievance Cell" of the candidate's banker since the refund may lie with them in the "Suspense Account." Or raise queries; please get in touch with smb.onlinehelp@gmail.com only after 17/03/2023. Candidates who have submitted Charge Back Claim should approach their card issuer for a refund.
NEET-PG and NEET MDS are an eligibility-cum-ranking examinations prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MD/MS and PG Diploma and MDS Courses. No other entrance examination, either at the state or the Institution level, is valid for entry to MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS courses.
The exams of NEET PG and NEET MDS are conducted by the National Board of Examinations, established in 1975 to improve the quality of Medical Education by establishing high and uniform standards of postgraduate examinations in modern medicine on an All India Basis and utilizing existing healthcare infrastructure for capacity building.
The government of Maharashtra has established a State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL) under Admission Regulating Authority (ARA) as per the provision in Section 10 of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015.
