NBE Invites Applications For DNB PDCET 2023, Check out Details
Delhi: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has invited applications for DNB-PDCET (Post Diploma Centralized Entrance Test) 2023.
Application forms for DNB-PDCET 2023 can only be submitted online at https://natboard.edu.in and https://nbe.edu.in from 10th March 2023 (3 PM Onward) to 30th March 2023 (Till 11:55 PM). The examination will be held on 23rd April 2023 on a computer-based platform at various nationwide examination centers. The results will be declared by 22nd May 2023.
NBE has further informed that, for any query, the candidates can contact NBEMS Candidate Care Support at 022 – 61087595/ 011- 45593000 or write to NBEMS at its Communication Web Portal https://exam.natboard.edu.in/communication.php?page=main.
DNB PDCET is a ranking examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to various post-diploma DNB courses. The candidates, who register for the DNB program after clearing DNB PDCET, need to complete 2 years of practical training under any NBE-accredited institution/hospital/medical college. After completing the practical training, they must appear for the DNB final examination and clear it; only then will they be awarded a DNB degree.
The Government of India established the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) in 1975 to improve the quality of Medical Education by establishing high and uniform standards of postgraduate examinations in modern medicine on an All India Basis and utilizing existing healthcare infrastructure for capacity-building.
The prime objectives of NBEMS are to elevate the standards of postgraduate medical education in modern medicine and conduct examinations of high standards in all of India. It provides a common national average for evaluating the minimum level of attainment of the knowledge and competencies of postgraduate and post-doctoral training.
