MCC adds 1 MCh seat to NEET SS counselling mop up round, Details
New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed about the Addition of 1 MCh seat in the NEET SS Counselling Mop Up Round.
In compliance to the directions of Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, the following seat vacated by the candidate in Round-1 of Super Speciality Counselling 2021 is being added in the seat matrix of SS Counselling. Accordingly, the Choice Locking which started at 03:00 P.M of 18.05.2022 as per schedule will now start from 08:00 P.M of 18.05.2022, the MCC notice stated.
Candidates who want to fill choice for the following seat may unlock their choices to exercise choice for the following seat. Rest of the schedule remains the same.

Eligibility Criteria:
The Eligibility of candidates to participate in Mop-up round of Superspeciality is reiterated as under:
ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES:
Only Candidates who have not joined any seat in previous rounds of AIQ or are not holding any seats in Counselling conducted by State of Tamil Nadu (in-service seats) are eligible to participate.
Candidates who have registered in earlier rounds of AIQ may register afresh by paying the requisite fee and participate in Mop up Round of SS Counselling 2021.
Candidates who have registered in earlier rounds of AIQ or Counselling conducted by State of Tamil Nadu (in-service seats) but have not been allotted any seat.
INELIGIBLE CANDIDATES:
Any candidate who has joined a seat in the earlier rounds of AIQ or Counselling conducted by State of Tamil Nadu (in-service seats) shall not be eligible for participating in the Mop up Round.
