MCC Refunds Security Deposit Of 108374 NEET 2023 Candidates, details
Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced that the security deposit refunds were made to 108374 NEET UG 2023 candidates as per MCC rules and regulations / counselling scheme. The detailed list has been released.
The list includes Roll No, Refund Amount, Refund ARN, Bank Ref, and Refund Date. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.
Refunds have been sent to the same account/card from which the security deposit was remitted to MCC. The refund will be credited to the candidate's account between 1 to 15 days, depending upon the level of automation in the candidate's bank.
If there is an inordinate delay in crediting the refund, the candidate should take up the matter with the "Grievance Cell" of his/her bank quoting the refund reference. In case of any Refund-related queries, please contact financemcc@lifecarehll.com. Direct queries to MCC regarding Refund/ Payment will not be entertained.
The NEET (UG) has been conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) since 2019 with the approval of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Ministry of Human Resource Development, in pursuance of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide Judgment. It is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various UG courses.
The Medical Counselling Committee is an organization under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and responsible for allotting seats for undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-speciality medical and dental courses in government-run/aided colleges and deemed-to-be-university colleges. It allows seats online based on the candidate's score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Factors considered during allotment are merit, reservation eligibility, and the preference list submitted by the candidate.
