MD, MS Allotted? NBE tells DNB candidates to submit bank details for course fee refund, check details
New Delhi- The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has notified regarding the refund process of First-Year Course Fees and GST Amount to the candidates who get MD and MS seats, but the DNB seat is included in subsequent rounds of counselling.
In this regard, NBE has issued a notice informing that despite multiple reminders to the candidates via email at their registered email IDs, some candidates have yet not submit their bank details. As a result of this, the refund process could not be initiated. The list of these candidates can be seen at the following link. The NBE said that it is committed to refunding the GST and course fee to the eligible candidates.

The list includes a total of 657 candidates who have not submitted their bank details. The list includes important details such as admission session, roll no, and name of the candidate.
Therefore, candidates are instructed to submit their bank details by 21 July 2025 via the link, which is mentioned in the notice. However, failure to submit the bank details by 21 July 2025 will result in the non-processing of the refund, and the onus for this will lie with the concerned candidates.
