MD, MS, DM, MCh, MDS admissions via INI-CET 2020: JIPMER issues notice
Puducherry: Through a recent notice, the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has released the introduction of INI-CET 2020 via which the admissions will be made in the institute this year.
All the candidates who are vying for PG medical admissions into MD, MS, DM, MCh, MDS courses at the premier JIPMER, AIIMS, PGIMER, NIMHANS are requested to view the belomentioned details of the said notice released by the JIPMER on its official website:
The Institutes of National Importance (INI) for medical education i.e AIIMS New Delhi along with all new AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER and NIMHANS conduct entrance examinations for selection of candidates for post-graduate medical courses twice a year for batches starting in January and July every year. All these institutes are tasked to develop patterns of teaching in postgraduate medical education and to demonstrate a high standard of medical education in India and to bring together in one place, educational facilities of the highest order, for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity. Currently, these institutions conduct separate entrance exams for their courses. Considering the commonality of purpose, an initiative has been undertaken to conduct a combined INI – PG Entrance Examination for admission to PG Courses in in these institutions.
